GM establishes clear operational roadmaps and accountability, while SIS translates complex data into relatable narratives that build empathy, transparency, and public support.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-24950\" src=\"https:\/\/pcaf.da.gov.ph\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/0-e1783582005940.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"810\" height=\"683\" srcset=\"https:\/\/pcaf.da.gov.ph\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/0-e1783582005940.png 810w, https:\/\/pcaf.da.gov.ph\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/0-e1783582005940-300x253.png 300w, https:\/\/pcaf.da.gov.ph\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/0-e1783582005940-768x648.png 768w, https:\/\/pcaf.da.gov.ph\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/0-e1783582005940-500x422.png 500w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 810px) 100vw, 810px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To optimize service delivery and resolve first-semester bottlenecks, the management committee and OUs agreed on several critical adjustments.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To strengthen stakeholder engagement and service delivery, PCAF will accelerate external partnerships by quickly updating its Civil Society Organization (CSO) guidelines and implementing strategies to meet partnership goals.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In collaboration with the private sector, the agency will develop a citizen reporting mechanism to improve participatory monitoring and feedback systems. The General Services Section will optimize vehicle maintenance funds and expedite essential repairs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To build organizational capacity and reduce reliance on external experts, PCAF will create in-house training modules and a centralized learning repository to preserve institutional knowledge.
